Final buyrate for WWE’s final PPV event of 2010

WWE’s final PPV 2010, the TLC (Tables, Ladders and Chairs) event on December 19 in Houston, TX, ended up drawing 211,000 buys worldwide with 108,000 domestic reports The Wrestling Observer Newsletter. The domestic number was down 18% and the worldwide number was down 7.5% from last year’s show in 2009 that did 228,000 worldwide and 132,000 domestic. WWE did new international markets bringing this year’s total to 103,000 (up from 96,000 last year). Among the “B” PPV events for WWE in 2010 (excluding Royal Rumble, Elimination Chamber, Wrestlemania and Summerslam), five shows did better and four did worse.
