– On August 23, 2003, Black and the Mighty Mini defeated Attrition for the Chaotic Wrestling Tag Team title.
– On March 12, 2004, Black and the Mighty Mini garnered their second reign as Chaotic Wrestling Tag Team champions by defeating the Lost Souls of Brian Buffet and Peter Mulloy.
– Black won a 28-man battle royal to win the Chaotic Wrestling New England title on April, 30 2004.
