Biography

– In her early career, Melissa primarily worked for the UPW promotion in California, regularly teaming with The Ballard Brothers
– In mid-2002, Melissa travelled to Japan to work for the Arsion promotion
– Melissa competed for the short-lived CRUSH promotion as ‘Felony’
– On July 24, 2004, Melissa defeated Robert Thompson to win the APW Above The Law Title
– On January 8, 2005, Melissa & Killer J Mathias defeated APW Tag Team Champions Immortal Fear (Billy Blade & Kaden) by DQ
– On March 5, Melissa defeated Daizee Haze to win the APW Future Legends Title, before immediately defending it against Tracy Brooks
– Melissa worked the debut SHIMMER tapings in November 2005, losing to MsChif before teaming wtih Tiana Ringer to defeat Shantelle Taylor & Ariel
– On March 24, 2006, Melissa defeated 21st Century Fox to win the PWA Elite Womens Title. She would defend it against Fox the next day, before losing it back to Fox in a 3-Way Match also featuring Misty Haven another day later
– Melissa made her ROH debut at Supercard of Honor 2006, losing a six-way match to MsChif
– Melissa worked a WWE Heat taping on May 22, 2006, losing to Victoria
– Melissa won the ChickFight V Tournament, defeating Jazz in the Falls Count Anywhere final
– On January 7, 2007, Anderson won Pro Wrestling World-1’s Queen’s Cup tournament, defeating Allison Danger in the final
– Melissa won the ChickFight VII Tournament, defeating Jezebel in the final
– On April 22, 2007, Melissa defeated Eden Black in a Falls Count Anywhere Match to win the ChickFight Trans-Atlantic Title, before defending it against Wesna Busic in another Falls Count Anywhere Match later that day
– On November 10, 2007, Melissa defeated MsChif in a Falls Count Anywhere Match to win the AACW Womens Title
– On the January 10, 2008 edition of Impact, Anderson made her debut as an unknown woman (later named Raisha Saed) wearing a burkha. She was in Awesome Kong’s corner when Kong defeated Gail Kim to win the TNA Women’s Championship.
– Saeed wrestled her first TNA match at Lockdown 2008, teaming with Kong in a loss to Gail Kim & ODB
– Anderson wrestled as Cheerleader Melissa on the May 1, 2008 episode of TNA Impact, defeating Daizee Haze, but would be back under the burkha before the month was out
– In mid-2009, Anderson became ‘Alissa Flash’ in TNA, though would continue to pull double-duty as Raisha Saeed from time-to-time
– TNA released Anderson in January 2010 and she returned to the Cheerleader Melissa moniker on the indies
– On August 7, Anderson revived the Alissa Flash gimmick, defeating Joey Spector in a No-DQ Falls Count Anywhere Match to win the RCW Title
– Flash returned to TNA for one night only on March 17, 2011, losing to Madison Rayne on Impact
– On August 13, Melissa & Jay Phenomenon won the NCW Amazones & Titans Tournament, defeating Angie Skye & Thomas Dubois in the final
– On October 2, 2011, Cheerleader Melissa defeated Madison Eagles in Berwyn, Illinois to capture the Shimmer title.
– On November 5, 2011 she made her debut for All Japan Pro Wrestling in Taiwan, teaming with Black Bushi and Dark Dragon in a six person tag team match, where they were defeated by Bushi, Makoto and Último Dragón.
