– Colton debuted in June 1999, wrestling as Goon #1 for Wisconsin’s NAWF promotion
– In 2000, Colton became ‘Colt Cabana’
– On January 20, 2001, Cabana won a Battle Royal to win the vacant IWF Heavyweight Title
– On December 29, Cabana defeated CM Punk to win the SDW Television Title
– On April 19, 2002, Cabana defeated CM Punk & Eddie Guerrero to win the IWA:MS Heavyweight Title
– In May 2002, Cabana defended the IWA:MS Heavyweight Title against Cash Flo, Chris Hero, CM Punk and Michael Todd Stratton
