- In a story on FOXNews.com in the entertainment section it was reported that Nick Hogan's car accident is probably "the final straw in his folks' marriage." A source close to the Hogans said that the Hulkster and his wife didn't need this on top of their current marriage problems. The source continues saying that Hulk and Linda have been "sleeping in separate beds for quite some time" while they try to make their relationship work. While police said that excessive speeding was the cause of the crash, another friend said that what Nick's parents are going through is eventually effecting Nick. "His accident was probably a culmination of a lot of things," the unnamed friend said.

- WWE will be taping the New Year's Eve edition of Monday Night Raw on Saturday, December 29th, 2007 in Greensboro, North Carolina. Tickets go on sale Saturday, September 29th, 2007 at 10 AM.

- WWE postponed the entire house show tour of New York that was scheduled for the final weekend of September.

- Following elbow surgery, Hardcore Holly was sent to Ohio Valley Wrestling on a rehab stint. He told the company that he had no feeling from the elbow to the hand. At this point, his elbow injury is considered career threatening. Apparently WWE had plans to bring him back to television to form a tag team with Eugene as an odd couple team, with a monkey as their manager.

- WWE fired Mike Bucci (aka Simon Dean), the company's Talent Development Manager. The New York Daily News mentioned Bucci's name as a client of the Signature Pharmacy.

- Lucha Libre legend Karloff Lagarde passed away.
