- Brock from PA reported that Evan Tanner, the former UFC World Middleweight Champion, was set to make his UFC return in September.

- Chuck Liddell, the former UFC World Light Heavyweight Champion confirmed that his next fight would be against "The Axe Murderer" Wanderlei Silva.
