News on The Big Show and Jeff Jarrett Steve Gerweck - Tuesday, November 3 2009 - 11:10 PM
- Principal photography on the WWE Studios film "Knucklehead" starring The Big Show will be wrapping up this week in New Orleans, LA. The movie will see a theatrical release rather than going straight to DVD. Mark Feuerstein from "Royal Pains" and Melora Hardin from "The Office" are the other leading roles along with the former WWE and WCW champion. Michael W. Watkins from "Prison Break" is directing this comedy adventure. The movie follows a church orphan who turned into an amateur fighter Walter Krunk - played by Big Show - along with former MMA champ who turned manager Eddie Sullivan - played by Feuerstein - and church aide-turned-chaperone Mary O'Connor - played by Melora Hardin - who fight their way across the south to the annual Pro-Am mixed martial arts tournament in New Orleans. - Jeff Jarrett returns to the ring on November 14 in Princeton, KY but it won't be for TNA. He faces Dutch Mantel for Joe Gray's West Kentucky Championship Wrestling. Apparently this will be the first time they have worked each other in nearly 20 years. (credit: The Wrestling Globe Newsletter)
