- Castagnoli defeated Adam Cage to become the new CAPW (Cleavland All Pro Wrestling) Heavyweight Champion on June 11, 2006.
- On September 16, 2006, Castagnoli and Chris Hero won the ROH World Tag Team titles from Austin Aries and Roderick Strong in Manhatten, NY.
