Impact Wrestling News and Notes

Mar 3, 2017 - by Steve Gerweck

– Bruce Prichard will apparently only be a television character on Impact Wrestling and will not be involved in a backstage managerial role, and continue to host his successful podcast. Expect Prichard to be working with Bobby Lashley on television going forward for Impact.

– Jeff Jarrett’s idea appears to be to market the relaunch of his old promotion as “Let’s Make Impact Great Again” and to bury the Dixie Carter regime without specifically mentioning her by name on television.

– Moving forward, Jarrett’s plan is to conduct four days of television taping and shoot six episodes of Impact at each taping.

– Bob Ryder was backstage again last night in a return to his former role as match timekeeper.
