Ryback is currently charging an average $4,500 for independent appearances. Some promoters are reportedly getting a discounted rate if they book the “Big Guy” for more than one date, but others are being charged more than $5,000.

Appearing as “The Big Guy,” the former WWE Intercontinental Champion is planning to work a full-time wrestling schedule. He has been announced for WrestlePro events in New York this October, as well as the WrestleCade event in Winston-Salem, NC in November. He was also announced for a Northeast Wrestling event on August 25th in Pomona, NY.

Ryback is also reportedly in talks with New Japan Pro Wrestling. Both sides appear to be interested, and right now it’s just a matter of negotiating a price.
