– In his early career, Thompson wrestled as ‘Apocalypse’, sometimes shortened to ‘Apoc’
– On April 5, 2002, Apocalypse teamed with Dave Swift to reach the final of the Stampede International Tag Team Title Tournament, but lost to Bruce & Teddy Hart
– In November 2003, Thompson (competing as ‘Shadow’) embarked upon a tour of Japan with NJPW
– On March 26, 2004, Apocalypse & Harry Smith defeated Dave Swift & Johnny Devine to win the vacant Stampede International Tag Team Titles
– On April 23, 2004, Apocalypse & Harry Smith defeated Harry Smith & Johnny Devine to retain the Stampede International Tag Team Titles
– Apocalypse appeared on the losing side of a 6-man tag team match on the AAA TripleMania XIII pre-show
– On March 10, 2006, Apocalypse won a battle royal to win the vacant Stampede North American Heavyweight Title
