Biography

– Prior to beginning his wrestling career, Marceau was a rugby player and also served in the French Military Police
– Marceau trained at Irish Whip Wrestling in the Republic of Ireland and wrestled most of his early career there under his real name
– On May 6, 2006, Marceau fought IWW International Heavyweight Champion Sheamus O’Shaunessy to a double countout
– In early 2013, Marceau signed a WWE development deal. He reported to NXT later in the year and was given the ringname ‘Marcus Louis’
– On November 14, 2013, Louis made his NXT debut, losing to Wesley Blake
– In early 2014, Louis formed Les Legionnaires alongside Sylvester Lefort. The pair soon began a feud with Enzo Amore & Colin Cassady
– At NXT Takeover Fatal 4-Way, Enzo Amore defeated Sylvester Lefort in a Hair vs Hair Match. Lefort ran away after the match and Louis was shaved bald in his place
– Around a month later, Louis lost a match to Tyler Breeze and walked out of the arena afterwards. He would be off TV for over 6 months
– On May 21, 2015, Louis returned as Jason Jordan’s ‘tag partner of the week’, losing to The Vaudevillains (Aiden English & Simon Gotch)
– In early 2016, Louis left NXT
– Marceau (as Baron Dax) reunited with Tom LaRuffa (as Basile Baraka) at the TNA Impact tapings on March 17th. The duo (now known as The Tribunal) lost to The BroMans (Robbie E & Jessie Godderz)
– Later that week, it was announced that Marceau had signed a TNA contract
– At Slammiversary ’16, The Tribunal defeated Mahabali Shera & Grado
– At One Night Only: September ’16, The Tribunal defeated The BroMans
– In December 2016, Marceau parted ways with TNA and retired from active wrestling shortly thereafter
