Byron Saxton is in the ring and introduces Daniel Bryan to the ring. Daniel Bryan’s music hits as he makes his way to the ring starting a “YES!” Chant. Saxton says Bryan seems to be in good spirits. Bryan asks why he wouldn’t be in good spirits when he’s back home where he belongs, which is in a WWE ring. Saxton takes everyone back to last April where Kane tombstoned Bryan on the mat, on the steel steps, and then the announcers table which lead to Bryan being out for 9 months. Saxton asks if Bryan is taking things seriously. Bryan says he has no choice. He says that he and Kane started out as rivals and then became a tag team. They become like brothers but then Kane betrayed him and the WWE Universe when he sold his mask for a suit. Bryan says doctor after doctor told him he’d never wrestle again but there he is in back in the ring. He says he doesn’t know what all will happen until the bell rings. He has a lot to prove to everyone tonight. He says one thing is for certain, tonight he beats Kane, then goes to win the Royal Rumble, and goes on to win the main event at WrestleMania 31. Bryan says sure that sounds like a pipe dream and does the WWE Universe think he can do it? The WWE Universe start another “YES!” Chant. Bryan starts to chant with them until HHH’s music plays as he makes his way out with Kane, Seth Rollins, J&J Security, and The Big Show. Kane vs. Daniel Bryan is up next.

Kane w/The Authority vs. Daniel Bryan
Daniel Bryan gives Kane a knee to the face sending him in the corner. Bryan with lefts and rights to Kane but Kane with a right hand sending Bryan down. Kane gets Bryan up and Bryan gets out and Kane charges at Bryan who moves sending Kane in the corner. Bryan then ties Kane’s foot in the rope and kicks him in the ankle. Bryan then charges at Kane but walks into a right hand by him. Kane gets Bryan down against the bottom turnbuckle and chokes him against the ropes. Kane then gets Bryan up and gives him a neck breaker for a 2 count. Kane with a side headlock on Bryan and Bryan fights out and then walks into a big boot for a 2 count. Kane with a DDT to Bryan for a 2 count. Kane then gets Bryan in a chin lock and Bryan fights his way out but Kane with a knee to the midsection. Kane sends Bryan into the ropes and then charges with a big boot but Bryan ducks and sends Kane to the outside. Daniel Bryan hits Kane with a baseball slide as he tries to re enter the ring. Bryan then comes off the top rope outside the ring but Kane chops Bryan in the abdominal sending him to the mat as Smackdown goes to break.

Back from break and we see Bryan fighting out of a headlock but Kane kicks him in the gut and gets a swinging DDT on Bryan for a 2 count. Kane delivers kick to Bryan and then whips him in the corner and gives him a clothesline. Kane with a sideslam for a 2 count. Kane gets Bryan in the corner and knees him in the gut. Kane sits Bryan pn the top turnbuckle and then attempts to suplex him off the top rope but Daniel Bryan fights Kane off and then hits a flying cross body for a 2 count. Kane gets back in control with a right hand and Kane then whips Bryan in the corner and goes for a big boot but Daniel Bryan ducks and knocks Kane down with a running clothesline. Bryan with repeated kicks sending Kane down for a 2 count. then sends Kane into the corner and then charges at Kane who then grabs Bryan by the throat and goes for a chokeslam but Bryan counters and gets the Yes Lock on Kane. J&J Security then enter the ring and attack Bryan to cause the disqualification.
winner: by disqualification, Daniel Bryan

Post Match: Daniel Bryan gets the better of J&J Security and then Big Show then attempts to enter the ring but gets a dropkick. Bryan then exits the ring as Rollins enters the ring. Seth Rollins, Big Show, and J&J Security exit the ring to go after Bryan but out comes Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns to even the odds. HHH then gets on the mic and says tonight he’s making a 6 man tag team match with Big Show, Seth Rollins, and Kane teaming up against Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose, and Daniel Bryan hoping to end the uprising.

We take a look back at the announcement made on RAW Monday night that “Macho Man” Randy Savage will be inducted into the 2015 WWE Hall Of Fame, which takes place on March 31, 2015. The person inducting him will be his rival, tag team partner,”The Immortal Hulk Hogan

Bray Wyatt says he’s a human being, an ideology, the forbidden fruit, and the cure. He then says that he is labeled a threat by society. He says you can only contain a poison like him for so long before it steps through the cracks. He says it’s his destiny to win the Royal Rumble and everyone must accept their fate and follow the buzzards.

The Usos & Naomi vs. The Miz, Damien Mizdow, and Alicia Fox
The Miz starts the match off with Jimmy Uso. Miz gets Jimmy in a headlock and Jimmy shoves him off but Miz with a takedown on Jimmy. Uso then gets Miz down with a snapmare and tags in Jey. Usos double team Miz sending him down. Mizdow then enters the ring and impersonates Miz and falls on the mat. Usos with a double elbow on Miz and Mizdow sells it impersonating Miz. Usos send Miz out of the ring and then Jimmy comes through the top rope with a suicide dive on Miz. Usos and Miz get back in the ring and Miz tags in Mizdow. Alicia Fox then tagged herself in and Naomi surprises Fox with a heasscissors. Naomi then when with a top rope cross body for a 2 count. Alicia then tags in The Miz. Jey Uso enters the ring. Miz then gets a takedown on Jey and gets some kicks on him. Jey Uso is able to tag in Jimmy Uso who surprises Miz with a soman drop. Jimmy then comes off the top rope with a corkscrew and gets a 2 count as Alicia Fox breaks up the count. Jimmy then picks Naomi up and releases her onto Alicia. Miz then shoves Mizdow into Jimmy but Jimmy with a superkick to Mizdow. Miz hits the skull crushing finale on Jimmy for the pin and the win.
winners: The Miz, Damien Mizdow, and Alicia Fox

Renee Young is backstage with Roman Reigns. Renee asks Reigns if he will be able to co exist with Ambrose and Bryan who he will be competing against in the Rumble. Reigns says if it was the Rumble, they’d be in a world of hurt but since it isn’t it’s a different story. He says that Ambrose is his boy and he has no problems with Bryan, He says he does have a problem with The Authority and especially that cry baby The Big Show. He says they’ll take care of The Authority tonight but that at the Rumble only one man wins the Rumble and you’re looking at him and believe that.

We see Paul Heyman backstage making his way out to the ring up next.

Back from break we see Paul Heyman making his way out. We take a look back at RAW where the contract signing for the triple threat match for the WWE Championship match is made by all 3 participants and we see a brawl break out with it ending with Rollins giving both Cena and Brock a curb stomp.

Heyman starts off his usual My Name is Paul Heyman spuel. He says he doesn’t mind coming out and admitting publically for the first time in his career he is afraid. He says Brock does what he wants because he can. The reason he conquered the Undertaker’s WrestleMania streak is because he could and wanted to. He said that’s what he does because he is a conqueror. Just like when he took Cena’s WWE title after delivering 16 suplexes because it was a Sunday and he had nothing better to do that day. He says with Seth Rollins this is personal and he starts to talk more until Seth Rollins’ music plays as he makes his way out with J&J Security.

Seth Rollins gets in the face of Paul Heyman and says he’s sick and tired of people walking around on eggshells being afraid of Brock Lesnar. He says he’s tired of people saying he hides behind the authority and J&J Security. He says he’s not afraid of Brock Lesnar. He says he’s sick of it so much he’s cashing in tonight. Heyman says as great as that challenge is but he knows as well as Heyman knows that Brock isn’t there this evening. Rollins says if he can’t curb stomp Brock Lesnar he’s going to curb stomp Paul Heyman. Heyman says it’s original when Brock isn’t around they want to beat up his client. He asks Heyman if he thinks beating him up makes him tough. Rollins says not tough, but smart. He says if he curb stomps Paul Heyman, he won’t be at the Rumble and would only take on the brawn with the brain out. He says he’s going to then walk circles around Brock and that Cena is no match for him. Rollins says he’s already curb stomped Brock twice and will do it for good a 3rd time when he wins the WWE Championship. Rollins asks Heyman why he shouldn’t curb stomp him.

Paul Heyman says that The Authority has been removed from power once and can be removed again. By either the luck of the draw, by the board of directors, or Vince himself. Heyman then says he has gained power every day he’s been with WWE. He says Brock has control over the fate of the WWE Championship. He can either call the shots by being champion or protect the champ when Heyman decides it’s time for the future. Rollins seems to think about what Heyman said as Heyman exits the ring.

Nikki Bella w/Brie Bella vs. Natalya w/Paige
We see back to RAW when Tyson Kidd cost Paige her match against Brie Bella and then Paige slaps Kidd after the match and Natalya smiles. Bella takes control of the match with a hip toss to Natalya. Natalya with a roll up followed by a boston crab. Bella then gets out and surprises Nikki with another hip toss for a 2 count. Nikke gets Natalya in an arm bar but Natalya gets out and slams Nikki on the mat. Nikki charges at Natalya in the corner but Natalya ducks and Natalya gets Nikki down with a clothesline and then walks on the back of Nikki’s head and then gets an enziguri for a 2 count. Natalya then applies the sharpshooter and Brie distracts the ref and then Natalya knocks Brie off the apron as Paige slaps Nikki in the face. Natalya then re applies the sharpshooter and Nikki taps
winner: Natalya

Post Match: Paige enters the ring and celebrates Natalya’s victory with her.

Renee Young is backstage with The Big Show. Big Show cuts her off and tells her she isn’t taking over the interview. He says tonight he will knock out Reigns, Ambrose, and Bryan. Show then says he will throw all 29 other superstars out of the ring. Show then asks who could toss the giant. Kane shows up and tells Show he must not have heard that he’s in the Rumble. Show and Kane have a stare down and both men then walk off their separate ways.

Intercontinental Championship Match:
Bad News Barrett (c) vs. Sin Cara
Cara gets a roll up to start the match for a 2 count. Cara gets another form of a roll up for another 2 count. Barrett then with a big boot to Cara. Barrett then sets Cara up for a vertical suplex but Cara escapes and then goes to the outside of the apron and gets a springboard headbutt on Barrett and then gets a cross body on Barrett for a 2 count. Barrett then surprises Cara with a winds of change and then goes for the bull hammer but Cara ducks and rolls Barrett up for a 2 count. Cara then with one arm gets Barrett up and slams him on the mat. Cara then climbs the top rope and goes for the senton bomb but Barrett moves but Cara lands on his feet and Barrett goes for the bull hammer but Cara ducks and then tries another cross body but Barrett with a bull hammer for the pin and the win.
winner: still Intercontinental Champion, Bad News Barrett

We see Dean Ambrose backstage and he says he didn’t play well with others when he was a kid. He says it fits him well to be in the Royal Rumble match this year. He says not to count him out, count him in. He says 2 of his opponents in the Royal Rumble are his tag team partners tonight. He says the one thing they all have in common is they detest The Authority. He says no one tells him what to do, he just goes out and does it.

Seth Rollins, Kane, and The Big Show w/ J&J security vs. Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose, and Daniel Bryan
Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins start off the match with Rollins getting punches and kicks on Ambrose and Ambrose surprises Rollins with a neck breaker. Ambrose tags in Reigns and they double team the legs of Rollins. Reigns then with a vertical suplex on Rollins. Reigns gets in the face of Big Show and Show says something to him. Reigns then gets Rollins in a chinlock and Rollins fights out with some lefts and rights on Reigns and tags in Kane. Kane then gets a side headlock on Reigns who then counters with a suplex for a 2 count. Kane then with a cheap shot on Reigns and a kick to the gut. Kane then whips Reigns into the ropes but Reigns surprises him with a clothesline and tags in Bryan. Bryan then gets Kane in the corner with some kicks and the ref pulls Bryan out the corner and Bryan goes for an uppercut but Kane counters with one of his own and then tosses Bryan out the ring. Rollins and Show then go off the apron and walk towards Bryan until Amrbose and Reigns come to even the odds and a brawl breaks out outside the ring as we go to break.

Back from break, Bryan and Rollins are the legal men in the ring. Bryan then gives Rollins some stiff kicks and tags in Ambrose. Ambrose with some kicks to Rollins and then shoves Rollins face against the ropes. Ambrose with some lefts and rights and then a drop kick on Rollins for a 2 count. Ambrose gets some punches in the corner on Rollins but Rollins fights him off and then whips Ambrose into the ropes but Ambrose with a boot to the face of Rollins and Ambrose goes off the top rope but Rollins crotches Ambrose into the ropes. Ambrose is tied into the ropes as Rollins tags in Show. Show delivers a head butt to Ambrose and tosses him into the corner. Show tags in Rollins who repeatedly kicks Ambrose. Kane gets a cheap shot in on Ambrose as does Big Show. Rollins with a clothesline in the corner sending Ambrose down for a 2 count. Ambrose gets a right hand on Rollins but Rollins takes back control and sends Ambrose in the corner. Rollins tags in Show who then splashes Ambrose in the corner. Show then slams Ambrose on the mat and hits an elbow drop on Ambrose for a 2 count. Show then gets his weight on the injured knee of Ambrose and then tags in Kane.

Kane then stops Ambrose from tagging out and stomps on the leg of his. Kane then with a knee drop to the injured leg. Kane tags Rollins in who stomps on Ambrose’s hand. Rollins gets Ambrose up and Ambrose surprises him with a slap in the face. Rollins then superkicks Ambrose and tags in Kane. Kane with a right hand and Ambrose does his usual going into the ropes and then comes back with a clothesline on Kane. Both men are down and Kane tags in Rollins who prevents Ambrose from making the tag. Ambrose surprises Rollins with a back body drop sending Rollins out of the ring. J&J Security try to enter the ring and that distracts the referee and Big Show then with a right hand to the legs of Ambrose knocking him down.

Reigns then comes out of nowhere and suprises Show with a superman punch. Rollins then dropkicks Reigns and re enters the ring and Ambrose tags in Bryan who ducks a clothesline from Rollins and knocks Kane off the apron with a drop kick. Bryan gets some right hands on Rollins who then whips Bryan into the ropes but Bryan then hits a suicide dive on Kane. Rollins grabs Bryan as he tries to re enter the ring but Bryan grabs Rollins face and chops him against the top rope and then enters the ring to hit a hurricarana for a 2 count. Rollins then surprises Bryan with an enziguri and tags in Kane. Bryan with some lefts and rights on Kane gets a chokeslam on Bryan for a 2 count as Reigns breaks up the pin. Show then surprises Reigns with a kick to knock him down. Show then goes to take the top of the announcers table off and Reigns tackles Show over the announcers table. Kane then sets Bryan up for another chokeslam but Bryan gets the Yes Lock on Kane. Rollins then breaks the hold off Kane and Ambrose then clotheslines Rollins out of the ring and then clears the ring of J&J Security. Ambrose then comes off the top rope with an elbow drop to Rollins on the outside. Bryan then gets the running knee drop on Kane for the pin and the win.
winners: Daniel Bryan, Dean Ambrose, and Roman Reigns

Post Match: HHH’s music plays as he makes his way out and tells Bryan he got lucky tonight. He sas his luck will eventually run out. He says it happens next Thursday where Kane deserves a rematch. He says not only will Bryan lose the match but will also lose his opportunity to compete in the Royal Rumble. Daniel Bryan doesn’t look pleased as smackdown comes to a close.
