– Rick Martel & The Fabulous Rougeaus (Raymond & Jacques) (with Jimmy Hart) defeated Tito Santana & The Rockers (Shawn Michaels & Marty Jannetty)
– The Ultimate Warrior defeated Rick Rude (with Bobby Heenan) to win the WWF Intercontinental Title

1972 – Terry Garvin 1st & Duke Myers defeated Tom Jones & Ken Mantell & The Continental Warriors (Bobby Hart & Lorenzo Parente) in a tournament to win the TSW United States Tag Team Titles

1985 – Wendell Cooley & Al Perez defeated Steve Williams & Dick Murdoch (subbing for Ted DiBiase) to win the MSW Tag Team Titles

1986 – Wahoo McDaniel defeated Tully Blanchard to win the NWA National Heavyweight Title in Los Angeles, California

1994 – Shawn Michaels & Diesel defeated The Headshrinkers (Samu & Fatu) (with Capt. Lou Albano) to win the WWF Tag Team Titles in Indianapolis, Indiana

1995 – PG-13 defeated Terry Gordy & Tracey Smothers in a tournament final to win the USWA Tag Team Title in Memphis, Tennessee

2004 – John Walters defeated Doug Williams to win the ROH Pure Title

2007 – on Smackdown, Matt Hardy & MVP defeated Deuce n Domino (with Cherry) to win the WWE Tag Team Titles in Albany, New York
