Wrestling By The Numbers: Tevita ‘Camacho’ Fifita

World Wrestling Entertainment has announced the release of second generation performer Tevita ‘Camacho’ Fifita. The 31-year-old Kissimmee Florida native had spent the previous 5-years with the WWE after having been signed to a developmental contract in February of 2009. Fifita spent 2-years in Florida Championship Wrestling competing under the names Tonga, Agent T. and Donny Marlow before eventually becoming known as Camacho. He debuted on the main roster in 2011 and formed a tag-team with Mexican wrestler Hunico. The duo competed together until last year when Hunico became the new Sin Cara. Fifita had spent the last 8-months working in NXT Wrestling and had been feuding with Adam Rose. The announcement of his release came back on June 12th along with multiple other performers.

Tevita Fifita has spent the last 6-years competing inside the squared circle after having debuted in 2008 following training at the Team 3D Academy Of Professional Wrestling and Sports Entertainment by Bully Ray & Devon. From 2008-2009 he competed for World Wrestling Council, Southern Championship Wrestling Florida and World Xtreme Wrestling. Prior to entering the professional wrestling industry he attended the University Of Texas At El Paso where he played football and graduated with a degree in Liberal Arts with a major in Communications Electronic Media and a minor in Criminal Justice. The son of former WWE competitor Haku is a former 1-Time FCW Tag-Team Champion having won the titles with partner C.J. Parker
