In 1992, WCW Clash of the Champions XIX was held at the McAlister Field House of the Citadel, in Charleston, South Carolina. This event featured the 1st round of the NWA World Tag Team Title Tournament, which was completed at The Great American Bash:

– Ricky Steamboat & Nikita Koloff (USA & Lithuania) defeated Dean & Joe Malenko (Belarus)
– Steve Austin & Rick Rude (USA) defeated Tom Zenk & Marcus Bagwell (USA)
– Terry Gordy & Steve Williams (Japan) defeated Larry & Jeff O’Day (Australia)
– WCW World Tag Team Champions The Steiner Brothers (Rick & Scott) (USA) defeated Miguel Perez Jr. & Ricky Santana (Puerto Rico) via forfeit
– Barry Windham & Dustin Rhodes (USA) defeated Bobby Eaton & Arn Anderson (USA)
– WCW United States Tag Team Champions The Freebirds (Michael Hayes & Jimmy Garvin) (USA) defeated Silver King & El Texano (Mexico)
– Jushin Liger & Brian Pillman (Japan/USA) defeated Chris Benoit & Beef Wellington (Canada)

In 1993, WCW Clash of the Champions XXIII was held at the Norfolk Scope, in Norfolk, Virginia:

– Ron Simmons defeated Dick Slater (Slater was subbing for WCW World Television Champion Paul Orndorff, whom had been injured in a car accident)
– Lord Steven Regal defeated Marcus Bagwell
– Maxx Payne defeated Johnny B. Badd via forfeit (Payne had shot Badd in the face with his Baddblaster earlier)
– Barry Windham defeated Too Cold Scorpio to retain the NWA World Title
– Big Van Vader, Sid Vicious, & Rick Rude defeated Dustin Rhodes, Sting, & Davey Boy Smith in a 6-man tag team match
– Ric Flair & Arn Anderson defeated The Hollywood Blonds (Steve Austin & Brian Pillman) in a 2-out-of-3 Falls Match. The Blonds retain the NWA & WCW Tag Team Titles as the 2nd fall was a DQ

In 1996, WCW’s The Great American Bash was held at the Baltimore Arena, in Baltimore, Maryland. With an attendance of 9,000:

– The Steiner Brothers (Scott & Rick) defeated Fire & Ice (Ice Train & Scott Norton) to become the #1 contenders for the WCW World Tag Team Titles
– Konnan defeated El Gato to retain the WCW United States Title
– Diamond Dallas Page defeated Marcus Bagwell
– Dean Malenko defeated Rey Misterio Jr. to retain the WCW Cruiserweight Title
– John Tenta defeated Big Bubba Rogers (with Jimmy Hart)

McMichael’s accepting of the case gave him Brian Pillman’s spot in the Horsemen)
– The Giant (Jimmy Hart) defeated Lex Luger to retain the WCW World Title

In 2012, NJPW Dominion was held in Osaka, Japan:

– Jushin Liger & Tiger Mask defeated Taka Michinoku & Taichi to win the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Titles
– MVP & Shelton Benjamin defeated Karl Anderson & Tama Tonga
– Low Ki defeated Ryusuke Taguchi to retain the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Title
– Toru Yano & Takashi Iizuka fought Hiroyoshi Tenzan & Satoshi Kojima to a double-countout to retain the IWGP Tag Team Titles. The match was then restarted, but went to a no-contest
– Togi Makabe defeated Minoru Suzuki
– Hiroshi Tanahashi defeated Kazuchika Okada to win the IWGP Heavyweight Title

In 2013, WWE’s Payback PPV was held at the Allstate Arena, in Rosemont, Illinois. With an attendance of 14,623. This was the 1st annual Payback event, & replaces No Way Out:

– Curtis Axel (with Paul Heyman) defeated The Miz, & Wade Barrett in a Triple Threat Match to win the WWE Intercontinental Title
– AJ Lee (with Big E Langston) defeated Kaitlyn to win the WWE Diva’s Title
– Dean Ambrose defeated Kane via countout to retain the WWE United States Title
– Alberto Del Rio (with Ricardo Rodriguez) defeated Dolph Ziggler (with Big E Langston & AJ Lee) to win the World Heavyweight Title
– CM Punk (with Paul Heyman) defeated Chris Jericho
– The Shield (Seth Rollins & Roman Reigns) defeated Randy Orton & Daniel Bryan to retain the WWE Tag Team Titles
– John Cena defeated Ryback in a 3 Stages of Hell Match to retain the WWE Title (1st Stage was a Lumberjack match won by Ryback, the 2nd stage was a Tables match won by Cena, & the 3rd & final stage was an Ambulance match won by Cena)

1959 – The Zebra Kid defeated The Golden Giant to win the Texas Brass Knuckles Title

1961 – Pepper Gomez & Dory Dixon defeated Duke Keomuka & Tony Martin to win the vacant Texas version of the NWA World Tag Team Title in Houston, Texas. The title had been held up a week earlier after a match between the 2 team

1971 – Suni War Cloud & Steven Little Bear defeated Ripper Collins & Mad Dog Mayne to win the NWA Hawaii Tag Team Title in Honolulu, Hawaii

1977 – The Great Kojika & Motoshi Okuma defeated Samson Kutsuwada & Akihisa Takachiho to win the AJPW All Asia Tag Team Titles

1984 – Terry Taylor defeated Krusher Khrushchev to win the MSW Television Title

1986 – Dutch Mantel defeated Rip Rogers to win the NWA Mid-America Heavyweight Title in Memphis, Tennessee

1986 – Buzz Sawyer defeated Chris Adams to win the WCCW Television Title in Fort Worth, Texas

1993 – Money Inc. (Ted DiBiase & Irwin R. Schyster) defeated The Steiner Brothers (Rick & Scott) to win the WWF Tag Team Titles in Rockford, Illinois

2002 – American Dragon (Bryan Danielson) defeated Super Dragon to win the All Pro Wrestling Internet Title in Hayward, California

2002 – Mr. Niebla, Black Warrior, & Atlantis defeated Blue Panther, Dr. Wagner, Jr., & Fuerza Guerrera to win the CMLL World Trios Title in Mexico City, Mexico
