Former AWA Star Buck Zumhofe Faces More Legal Problems

When former AWA star Buck Zumhofe was convicted yesterday of six counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and six counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct yesterday in Minnesota, he actually attempted to flee the courtroom in a last second bid for freedom.

Reports are that Zumhofe went to use a restroom and from there, attempted to flee. Zumhofe didn’t get far as he was tackled by court officers and immediately charged with “escape from custody.”

Zumhofe was convicted after less than four hours of jury deliberations.

Zumhofe, 62, it was previously reported he was to be sentenced earlier today, but that has been reportedly postponed until later this month so the presiding judge can consider possibly adding more time due to the brutal nature of the crimes he was convicted of.
