aren’t wwe doing there black history, why wasn’t his passing shown? wwe did a mistake here

Shocking. The man was well liked, and had a pretty good spot for a decent amount of time! I guess that is the thanks you get!

  4. Ryan says:

    wwe did acknowledge his passing.

im sorry to say this but nelson wasnt a star that made that big of impact which is maybe the reasoning behind not getting a full out in memory video or televised announcement. just a thought.

  5. Kimbo Hyuck says:

I think he and others are entitled to be disappointed. WWE’s policy on what to do when someone dies is not a one-size-fits-all deal. Some get a full memory video, some just get the little show opener, some just get referenced online and some aren’t even mentioned at all.

It’s highly possible X wrestler could mean a lot more to x person that in other cases, where whoever it is in charge of these things might have a different level of opinion.

Personally if it was my call, i’d probably want to make it a simple everyone gets the same treatmet, but at the same time given the complicated politics and not so nice fallouts from lots of wrestling deaths, while i’m disappointed i am not surprised decisions are made like this.

  6. Really? says:

Even TNA had a little note about him on the opening for Impact, and he only wrestled there once about ten years ago.
