WWE Elimination Chamber Predictions

This Sunday 2/23 is the next stop on the road to WrestleMania as WWE brings us Elimination Chamber, live from the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Here is a rundown of the matches with my predictions!
WWE Kickoff match: Goldust and Cody Rhodes vs. Ryback and Curtis Axel
Since Cody and Goldust lost the tag titles last month before the Royal Rumble they have lost a good amount of steam. It feels like the right thing to do would be to break them up, and start a program for the two of them to face each other at WrestleMania. With the way WWE has been booking of late…
Prediction: Cody and Goldust win clean and will be thrown into another meaningless tag match at Mania.
Titus O’Neil vs. Darren Young
Titus attacked Darren on Smackdown a few weeks ago after a loss, thus ending their partnership. I like this though; as it seems it’s the only “story” WWE seems to be telling at the moment. We all know this is the start of a push for Titus.
Prediction: No doubt Titus is winning this match.
WWE Tag Team Championship: The Uso’s vs. The New Age Outlaws
The Uso’s are on a roll and in my opinion are one of, if not the best tag team in WWE. Are The New Age Outlaws heel or face? Who knows? What I do know is that they are just a stopgap. The Uso’s definitely deserve the titles, but I’m hoping they wait one more month to give them their Mania moment.
Prediction: The New Age Outlaws
WWE Intercontinental Championship: Big E vs. Jack Swagger
WWE seems to be high on Big E, I am not. Something about him just doesn’t click for me. Zeb slapped Jack Swagger into a nice streak as of late, but it won’t be enough.
Prediction: Big E
Batista vs. Alberto Del Rio
This match is supposed to get us pumped to see our number one contender face the champ at WrestleMania! Bleck. Wrong. I’m not much of an ADR fan but I pray he gets the win. But it’s just not going to happen.
Prediction: Batista beats down a hobbled ADR for the win.
The Shield vs. The Wyatt Family
This match is the sole reason I want to see this pay per view. The Shield is so good. Bray Wyatt is so good. The standoffs the last few weeks between these two groups were awesome. I know I’m a wishful thinker, but can you imagine if last minute they dropped the chamber on this match? This match is going to play a pivotal role in the inevitable break-up of The Shield, setting up their program for WrestleMania.
Prediction: The Wyatt’s come out on top due to some miscommunication between Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns
WWE Championship in the Elimination Chamber: Christian vs. Cesaro vs. Sheamus vs. John Cena vs. Daniel Bryan vs. Randy Orton
Randy has faced all 5 of his opponents over the past few weeks, and defeated only Christian. WWE is great at making guys look weak before a big match. They are also good at making you forget about people. Could Brock Lesnar show his face in his hometown? It’ll be depressing if he doesn’t. I’m sure it will be a great match, and I’m sure we’ll see fan favorite Daniel Bryan get screwed once again. How can I end this without mentioning how awesome Cesaro is? He’s awesome! Enough said. While I would love to see something out of the ordinary happen, I just don’t see it.
Prediction: Randy Orton gets the win in the cheapest way possible.
