Layla & Steamboat Still Signed, Shane McMahon’s Stock, Update on Name Changes, Batista

– Batista will start wrestling live event matches this coming weekend.

– Regarding the name changes for Big E and Cesaro, that is a Vince McMahon decision.

– Shane McMahon currently owns 1,541,224 shares of WWE stock, which is worth more than $35 million. After selling a lot in the past year, Stephanie McMahon currently owns 661,678 shares worth more than $14 million.

– Both Layla and Richie Steamboat are still under contract to WWE. There were reports that Richie had been cut but he’s still out with a back injury that could be career-ending. It’s been speculated that Layla is out due to medical reasons or some kind of injury but The Wrestling Observer reports that she’s dealing with personal issues.

Wait, I didn’t know Shane still had any stock in the company, much less a higher amount than Steph. That’s pretty crazy

  2. Deathedge says:

I figured Shane would still have some stock in the company, but him having more stock then the seemingly heir to Vince’s throne is mind blowing to me.

  3. LOL says:

Shane is a smart guy and about the only hope WWE has for an entertaining future….LAYLA SHALL RISE!!!!

  4. Kerry Standifur says:

I would love to see Shane come back, especially to tv. But after seeing him recently, he better dye his gray hair.
