TNA President Dixie Carter held a mandatory meeting with staff on Tuesday in Nashville, TN.

In regard to the departure of Jeff Jarrett, Carter categorized his exit as a “business decision” and did not go any further into detail.

Carter also updated them on TV tapings going forward, noting that she and the company were still having conversations with Universal Studios and said she was “confident” they could come to an agreement to have additional tapings on the Universal Orlando theme park property. As PWInsider broke, the company has not been able to secure any additional dates due to Universal’s scheduling conflicts for their soundstages.

The current TNA Impact taping schedule would cover all Impact episodes through the week of Lockdown. The company has several possibilities for the post-Lockdown Impact episode taping sites.

Speaking of Lockdown, as we mentioned yesterday in Elite, the belief among those who we speak to in the company is that the PPV will be held somewhere in the Miami area.
