Deplorable conditions reported at former ECW Arena for Extreme Rising show‏

Richard Boudreau sent in:

Information has been released on the sub standard conditions, with regard to the washroom facilities of the former ECW Arena in Philiadelphia, PA., which was the site for Extreme Rising’s Show earlier tonight. We spoke to a source who was at the show, and apparently the male washroom facilities had no sinks for proper hand washing and were below standard with regard to hygene, also none of the toilets were in working properly throughout the show.

The source went on to say that there was still work to be done in the rest of the building, but there were no balconies constructed, nor were there bleachers for people to sit.

We have contacted the people responsible for holding this show at the former ECW Arena, including Extreme Rising owner Shane Douglas for comment, but as of yet have not received a reply. We will have more information as it becomes available.

  1. Dave says:

Contacting Shane Douglas regarding this will fall on deaf ears. He has nothing to do with Extreme Rising. This is a well known fact.

  2. Nick A. says:

This article comes off as if written by an idiot when it mentions Shane Douglas as owner of anything. He hasn’t even been involved with the company for around half a year.
