Here’s what you need to know about NXT:

-The NXT Champion is Bo Dallas. He defeated Big E. Langston on June 13 after teasing a heel turn on May 16. Bo’s character has evolved into this delusional guy who thinks the fans love him when they hate him almost as much as people hate Cena.

-They also have Tag Team Champions, Conor O’Brien and Rick Victor, better known as The Ascension. They won the belts on October 3, defeating Adrian Neville and Corey Graves

-Paige is the first ever Woman’s Champion. She captured the belt on July 25 defeating Emma in the finals of a grueling tournament, which was not held in Rio De Janero.

-John “Bradshaw” Layfield is the Interim General Manager of the show, replacing Dusty Rhodes who Triple H fired in a power trip.

-The announce team is constantly rotating with some combination of William Regal, Brad Maddox, Alex Riley, Renee Young and Tom Phillips

And that’s everything you need to know about NXT. (Now we know!) (And knowing is half the battle) (G.I. Joe!)

-Before we begin this is your weekly reminder that over on WrestleCrap.com I go into the way back machine and discover legendary moments in 140 characters of less for Epic Tweets In Wrestling History.

1.) Antonio Cesaro pinned Yoshi Tatsu

Hey! Look who still has a job! Yoshi Tatsu, last seen God knows when, goes one on one with a real American…Antonio Cesaro from Switzerland.

Before the match gets properly under way Cesaro gives ring announcer Byron Saxton loads of sh@t for some reason, so William Regal left the booth to save his colleague.

Cesaro gave Yoshi a legit 22-rep Giant Swing. Ever notice that anymore people only count half a swing as a full count when the crowd chants along?

The match was a back drop to starting a Cesaro-Regal match, as Antonio stared a hole through Mr. Regal the whole time.

Anyhoo, Yoshi’s best chance for victory was the school boy at the start of the match when Cesaro was distracted, but Antonio kicked out and that was it for Yoshi’s chances. Antonio won with a Neutralizer.

-Devin Taylor is with NXT Champion Bo Dallas, who says we are all winners because we get to see two young talents giving it their all for the opportunity to lose to Bo next week. CJ Parker decided now was the time to walk onto screen.

Bo asked CJ when the last time he won a match, so CJ challenged him to a match tonight. Bo laughed and accepted the challenge.

2.) NXT Champion Bo Dallas defeated CJ Parker

It only took Bo three minutes to shed his suit and the longest reigning NXT Champion in history is here with a non-title match with the man from the Moon Child Colony. This is Bo’s first match on tv in almost two months since going on his Bo vs The World Challenge in Bo-livia and CamBOdia.

Dallas has been champion 168 days, but Parker did manage to hit his front DDT for a 2 count. Bo picked up the win by knocking CJ off the top rope and then hit his running tornado bulldog.

We live to see Day 169!

-Devin Taylor gets more tv time by asking Emma about her injuries that she suffered by The BFF’s. Emma said she’ll be back better than ever. Paige walked in and said that she is happy Emma will return to 100% before their match so there are no excuses.

Both got angry and Emma danced away.

-After commercial Natalya walked into the locker room and asked Paige why she was being disrespectful to her. Paige said she is surprised Nattie is here because she is such a big star with Total Divas.

After arguing over whether or not Nattie cares about the Woman’s Championship, Paige said she is going to put the title on the line tonight.

Before I go to the next segment….when the hell was Paige disrespectful to Natalya?

3.) In a Loser May Or May Not Ever Actually Leave WWE Match, Tyler Breeze pinned Kassius Ohno.

Kassius Ohno comes out for the match only for Alexander Rusev to run down and attack Ohno!

Ohno gets in the ring anyway and Breeze wins in 7 seconds with the Beauty Shot.

-The BFF’s are backstage when Summer shooed away Charlotte and Sasha as Bayley stormed in and demanded to talk to Charlotte. Summer called her a loser, which led to a tag match later tonight. Summer, Sasha and myself all wondered who the hell is Bayley teaming with.

-Less wrestling, more talking. Devin Taylor asks Sami Zayn and Adrian Neville about wrestling each other tonight for the #1 Contender spot to the NXT Title. Neville said being NXT Champion is a ticket to Raw or SmackDown. Seth Rollins and Big E Langston both competed at WrestleMania, while Bo Dallas competed in the 2013 Royal Rumble Match.

Adrian and Sami argued over which one wants the NXT Title more.

4.) Hunico and Camacho defeated NXT Tag Team Champions The Ascension in a non-title match.

So we have been promised Nattie vs Paige, Bayley and ? vs The BFF’s and Sami vs Neville, so in theory there are still three more matches tonight. Somehow I doubt that.

Last week Fake Sin Cara and Haku Jr won a match in 20 seconds, so this week they have a non-title match with Ascension who have done nothing but wrestle in 20 second squash matches for the past two months.

In case you are confused, Hunico and Camacho are not the new pseudonyms for Eddie Edwards and Davey Richards.

Hunico got cut off by Victor, who got double teamed by the champions for about two minutes. Ascension hit an H-Bomb, but Hunico kicked out at one and then pinned Victor with a small package.

-Before the main event they re-aired the opening video package and William Regal was called to the back to discuss what happened in the opening of the show and was replaced by YOUR NXT Champion: Bo Dallas.

5.) In a #1 Contender’s Match, Adrian Neville pinned Sami Zayn

This was just an amazing match of non-stop offense. Bo and Renee were talking about whatever, while these two men flew around the ring, inside and out, we went to our final commercial break with Zayn hitting a big flip dive out of the ring onto Neville on the ramp.

There was a lot of flesh on flesh as we came back. They say that the only person you can still in the ring are friends and these two must be very close friends. The turning point of the match saw Zayn for the corner Yakuza Kick and Neville ducked down, tripping Zayn, who went knee first into the bottom turnbuckle.

Neville with a top rope Asai Moonsault to the floor and a Springboard Missile Dropkick in the ring for a 2 count. Neville went for a back handspring Something and Zayn caught him and turned it into a spinning sit out power bomb!

This match was a shout out to the crazy ROH matches from 2006. A sh#t ton of offense, not a sh#t ton of selling, but the difference is when you see it once on NXT in 6 months it stands out as opposed of 3 hours of the same stuff.

Finally, Neville blocked a superplex with headbutts and won with The Red Arrow!

After the match Zayn and Neville hug

-Next week Bo will be at 175 days as NXT Champion, will we see Day 176 or will Neville capture the big one? We find out in 7 days!
