WWE Survivor Series Kickoff Coverage (Kingston vs. Miz)
WWE Survivor Series Kickoff kicks off with a camera panning inside the arena showing the WWE Universe. We go to the expert panel, which consists of Josh Mathews, Mick Foley, Booker T, and Bret Hart. Hart says he is looking forward to the WWE Championship Match, while Foley says he is looking forward to the World Heavyweight Championship Match, and Booker says he wants to see the Traditional Survivor Series Elimination Match. Mathews reminds us of the Kickoff Match, which is Kofi Kingston going one-on-one with The Miz. Booker says Kingston is fired up and will get the win, but Foley and Hart say the old Miz is back and that gives him the upper-hand.
We go backstage to the Social Media Lounge and Renee Young. Tonight’s Twitter feed will be using the hash-tag #DreamTeam to make our own Survivor Series Dream Team. We go back to the expert panel, and we see the video hype package for the feud between John Cena and Alberto Del Rio. Hart says the key to the match tonight is Cena’s arm and just how injured it is. Booker says if Cena makes one mistake tonight, Del Rio will break his arm. Foley says Cena always gets a mixed reaction, and nobody likes to be booed in his hometown.
We go backstage and we see The Usos, Goldust, Rey Mysterio and Cody Rhodes gearing up for their match later tonight. We go back to the expert panel, and Hart says the key to the match is to make quick tags and stay fresh. Foley says The Usos and Rhodes and Goldust and Mysterio will have the advantage because they have two sets of brothers on the team. Booker says The Shield and The Real Americans need to focus on taking them out one by one to be successful.
We go backstage and Renee Young is with CM Punk and Daniel Bryan. Bryan says Luke Harper and Erick Rowan are ruthless and forces of nature and one of the biggest challenges he and Punk have had in the WWE. Bryan says he and Punk have overcome every challenge they have faced in the WWE and tonight will be no different. Punk says Bray Wyatt is a weird do and he has people do his dirty work for him. Punk says he and Bryan will take out The Wyatt Family and prove that they are the best.
We go down to ringside, where we see Michael Cole, John Bradshaw Layfield, and Jerry Lawler. They talk about the tag team match between CM Punk and Daniel Bryan and The Wyatt Family, as we gear up for our first match.
