Update on the wrestler who filed an EEOC complaint against TNA for discrimination

Update on the TNA wrestler who filed an EEOC complaint against TNA for discrimination, his law firm has been advised that TNA has refused to reply to their attorneys to discuss the allegations. From what we hear, a lot of what the lawsuit may address is the Gut Check competition, which most on the inside knew was rigged, and was being used to generate interest on the independent circuit in TNA. The feeling is that the worker may move quickly towards a lawsuit, based on the knowledge that TNA/Impact is a limited liability company, which means once sold, he’d have even more difficulty collecting on a judgment against them.
