2007 – Eve Torres wins the WWE Diva Search. Other participants included Taryn ‘Tiffany’ Terrell and Velvet Sky

2009 – The TNA Legends Title is renamed the TNA Global Title by champion Eric Young


In 1995, WCW Halloween Havoc was held in Detroit, Michigan

– Johnny B Badd defeats Diamond Dallas Page to win the WCW Television Title
– Sabu defeats Mr JL
– Sting & Ric Flair defeat Brian Pillman & Arn Anderson by DQ when Flair turned on Sting
– Hulk Hogan defeats The Giant in a Sumo Monster Truck competition
– Randy Savage defeats Lex Luger
– The Giant defeats Hulk Hogan by DQ. The Giant was awarded the WCW World Title based on a pre-match stipulation, but was stripped of the belt two weeks later

In 2000, the final WCW Halloween Havoc was held in Las Vegas, Nevada

– The Natural Born Thrillers (Mark Jindrak & Sean O’Haire) defeat The Filthy Animals (Rey Misterio Jr & Billy Kidman) & The Boogie Knights (Disco Inferno & Alex Wright) in a Triangle Match to retain the WCW World Tag Team Titles
– Reno defeats Sgt AWOL to retain the WCW Hardcore Title
– Mike Sanders defeats Ernest Miller in a Kickboxing Match to become the new WCW Commissioner
– General Rection defeats Lance Storm & Jim Duggan in a Handicap Match to win the WCW United States Title
– Jeff Jarrett defeats Sting
– Booker T defeats Scott Steiner by DQ to retain the WCW World Title

1969 – Johnny Valentine defeats Wahoo McDaniel to win the Texas Heavyweight Title

1984 – Kerry von Erich defeats Gino Hernandez to win the WCCW American Heavyweight Title

2009 – Minoru Tanaka defeats Tatsuhito Takaiwa to win the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Title
