How much is TNA paying Hulk Hogan?

A lot of rumors online are circulating that Hulk Hogan’s deal with TNA Wrestling is expiring in October and the two sides are no where close to ironing out a new agreement. Hogan is reported to cost TNA in the range of $30,000 per show no matter if he appears once or five times on television during the tapings. With TNA currently undergoing some major financial issues it will be interesting to see if Hogan gets the same deal – or something better – to keep him around. Hogan’s deal expires before the Bound for Glory pay-per-view so a temporary extension might be the solution unless the two sides agree on money issues. Hogan made his TNA debut in January 2010, just two months after he and Bischoff signed a deal with TNA.

I hope he doesn’t resign, so he’ll return to WWE, at least under a Legends deal.

  2. DBRude says:

No way. There’s no way they can afford to pay one guy thirty grand per show; especially when he’s not their only mega star.

  3. John says:

He was a cancer to the product.. Offered nothing and brought to much baggage (Brooke, Eric) and extra costs to the show as well. These three people offered nothing but an expense and sucked TNA dry. TNA needs to get back to their roots of what the company was founded on X division and a solid wrestling product. Just cause Hogan Lived it that doesn’t mean he can run it (Pro Wrestling). Fact of the matter is He and Eric suck!!!

Dixie loves him so what cha gonna do BROTHER!

  5. Daniel says:

Dixie will probably keep paying the 30,000 because she is clueless, she has no idea how to run a wrestling company. TNA is a sinking ship, and the blame can only start at the top. Dixie is the problem with TNA, Eric and the Hulkster have only contributed to the failure of the company, but the blame has to be with the boss, Dixie.

So, since they have 4 Impacts a month + a PPV he gets paid AT LEAST 150,000 a month…

Yeah, I would of joined TNA too…

  7. Prince says:

Call me crazy…but I actually thought he made a lot more than that…
