Report: Flair pulled from the 2k14 press conference

The feeling coming out of last night’s 2K14 press conference where Ric Flair hijacked the show is that the video game people weren’t bothered at all about it, but the WWE side was pretty upset. “Infuriated” is probably pretty strong, but they weren’t happy at all and it might have ruined Flair’s chances at least short-term for a PR deal with the company. Don’t expect the video to ever see the light of day from the WWE side. Flair was pulled from the rest of the 2K14 PR.

Well instead of growing “infieriated” why does someone to out to him in the middle of his “hijacking” the show and whisper in his ear to stay on track?

  2. Mattyman says:

    . . . . It’s Ric Flair. You were expecting quiet?

  3. Daniel says:

It was awesome and got me even more excited for the game. Can’t wait to kick ass as Flair now and I’m not even a huge Flair fan!

Screw WWE and their uptight idiocy.

Ric Flair has done press events before and if this is the type of PR deal their trying to give him, its stupid to go out there and make a spectacle of himself like he did. Beyond the part of openly saying s*** at a press event Flair did little if anything to promote the game, wouldn’t allow people like Steve Austin, Mick Foley, Daniel Bryan, and Paul Heyman talk. Honestly I don’t think Rey Mysterio and Dolph Ziggler even got a word in the whole presser. Also its not said but Flair openly buries Daniel Bryan in front of him and the Press and promoted a TNA Match he had with Mick Foley.
