  1. Jake Allen says:

Brock Lesnar’s whole return has been underwhelming. He lost to Cena for whatever reason on his first match back, but was being touted as bringing legitimacy back to wrestling. So, okay, with the loss to Cena you would expect that his story should be that he doesn’t care about wins or losses. So, he destroys HHH before their match(es) (breaking arms, busting them open), but proceeds to win/lose in a back and forth fashion. Lesnar should have been about injuring people and not caring about wins. That way he could have been built up as the monster the WWE is promoting him as and he should have been given matches with more people than Cena and HHH. His matches would have been bigger deals at this point in time, imo

This year’s wrestlemania. Really lame with exception of Taker v Punk and the tag title match.

  3. MC Live says:

Already so many. Brock and Rock. Dolph’s world title run. And anything TNA has done

  4. Rowie says:

    1 name…. Randy Orton

  5. Bighurt89 says:

I’d say Big E Langston due to the fact that he should be used as a big time monster and breakout in the championship picture. But instead being used as aj’s bouncer and playing as katlyn’s secret admirer. So dull.

  6. Guled says:

    1. Ryback being screwed time after time
    2. Jack Swagger’s DUI
    3. Austin Aries paying a fine for Hemme incident
that’s all I could think of at the top of my head.

  7. Asterik says:

Big disappointment in 2013 for WWE? One name. Cena.

  8. Geoff says:

Jake Allen, i agree but that was mostly last year. In my mind Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow should have been pushed as singles wrestlers long time ago but WWE keep screwing them over by jobbing them to Sheamus week after week. The whole Antonio Cesaro deal has been mindblowingly stupid as he was gathering huge momentum and getting over as the US Champion and yet completely ignored for WrestleMania. The boring charisma vaccum Jack Swagger of all people getting World title match at WM was also disappointing, with Ziggler being relegated to tagging with Langston. Rhodes Scholars getting bumped off WM because of P diddy was unbearable. Last but not least, Wade Barrett, push-wise, theme-song wise…nuff said

  9. jimmypink says:

TNA. Had the people to be the best company and still doing stupid things.

  10. Geoff says:

Oh and more recently, The Shield losing for the first time on Smackdown? Come on, wrong time wrong place.

  11. Simba says:

Wow, where to begin… John Cena winning the Royal Rumble, Christian’s return on Raw (they should have done SO much more than just having him job out Wade Barrett), Antonio Cesaro’s stop/start push, Jack Swagger’s ganja bust… And soon I think we’ll (unfortunately) be able to add RVD’s return to that list – I’m a massive fan of Van Dam. His return will initially tear the house down, but if the last three years of TNA matches are any forewarning, prepare for disappointment (plus, just think – PG means no Van Daminator, no Van Terminator…)

  12. Eoin says:

Aces & Eights!! So Bully had a long term plan to become World Champion, OK! But why is Anderson in it, what exactly does Taz do, Knux & DOC are abysmal, and Bischoff & Brisco; how they justify Angle losing to Brisco under any circumstances is ridiculous.

When A & 8 started out, sneak attacks, taking down top names, mysterious cards being left behind, it was something. If Bully was the long term planned leader, they should have gotten to that point a lot sooner.

I skip any match they’re in, as it’ll end in a DQ, and the balance of the group isn’t right.

If it was a takeover angle, then why is AJ on his own? I just don’t get the point, apart from them being a heel group with a current world champ?

  13. Tim says:

My biggest disappointment so far is Ring of Honor’s failure with IPPV. I don’t understand how a broadcast company could keep dropping the ball like that.

  14. art123guy says:

    @Eion

I agree with you. A&8 have really been disappointing. I don’t understand why Knux & DOC or Bischoff & Brisco aren’t going for the tag belts or why Bischoff or Brisco aren’t going for the X Division belt.

Also, why form Main Event Mafia since it looks like there’s trouble in A&8 with DOC making waves?

My guess is Anderson is in the BFG to try to block others from winning. Then if he wins the whole thing, he’d just past on wrestling Bully.

I like what they’ve done with AJ, but it’s getting lost with A&8 and MEM. What SHOULD have happened is AJ joining A&8, then entering the BFG series to prevent someone else from challenging Bully. Have him win, THEN turn on A&8 and challenge and beat Bully for the belt, then saying that was his plan all along.

  15. Mike says:

The Rock winning the WWE title made NO sense, and because of that Rock/Cena 2 was booked, which made even LESS since. Very disappointing especially with what they’ve tried to do and are now doing with Ryback and Punk.

  16. jim says:

Ugh this yr has been bad

  17. Neumanrko9 says:

Ryback losing 7 or 8 PPVS in a row now he could’ve been built perfectly as the next Goldberg beating CM Punk at Hell in a Cell for the WWE Title then they could’ve done a huge undefeated streak vs. Undertaker’s undeated streak at Wrestlemania even though the Punk/Taker match was awesome, now he’s losing to The Miz on Raw, really? They have completely killed all of his momentum and really dropped the ball with him in my opinion.

  18. T says:

Ryberg, Cena vs Rock twice in a lifetime,
