Wrestling manager great drops 43 pounds

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that Jim Cornette has dropped from 248 pounds to 205 pounds, since November when he departed from Ring of honor. Cornette has cut way back on eat out at restaurants, and dieting more on fresh food.

The great wrestling manager also just finished a book on pro wrestling that will be available in August at Greg Price’s Charlotte wrestling convention, working with Memphis historian Mark James. He and James have several future book ideas in the planning stages.

    My advice is for him to do the following.

    Low carb, high protein meals. Eat smaller meals more often.
    Gotta exercise even if it’s 30 minutes of walking it would help out
    alot too.
