Swagger returning to court next week



PWInsider.com reports Jack Swagger is headed to trial stemming from his February DUI arrest next Monday in Mississippi.

The former world heavyweight champion was arrested back on 2/19 in Gulfsport, Mississippi.

The prosecutor in the case is pushing for the maximum sentence against Swagger, two days in jail and completion of victim-impact classes.

Swagger also faces:

– fine of $437 for possession of marijuana
– fine of $188 for driving 10 mph over the speed limit
– fine of $1,300 for driving impaired on a first DUI offense
