RT @gerweck: Preliminary PPV buy numbers for TNA’s Slammiversary http://t.co/6CuVRleHdv
That is horrible!
LOL @ 13,000 people actually paying for that crap.
It was actually an amazing PPV, none of the matches were below average, the Knockouts match was outstanding, as were the majority of the others. Sabin finally regaining the title, Kurt Angle making Hall of Fame.. The only downpoint was the GutCheck match, and that wasn’t even horrible.. Best PPV I’ve seen from either company in months..
What a shame that only 13,000 people and the fans in Boston got to see an amazing PPV.
But then again internet streams are free, and a lot of people watched for free, i’m sure. But slammiversary was worth paying for, and I’m glad I did.
I agree with @jeriholic
Say what you want about TNA (Lord knows I have). I ordered it out of boredom, really haven’t been keeping up with Impact lately.
It’s been a LOOOOOOOOOOOONG time since I was impressed by a PPV. This put TNA over in my book. Fantastic PPV, well worth it.
