Martha Hart’s lawsuit against WWE officially closed

The Martha Hart lawsuit vs. World Wrestling Entertainment, Vince and Linda McMahon was officially closed on 4/15. As previously reported, both sides had come to a confidential settlement after a joint press release was issued to the Associated Press.

    Hopefully this means that Owen can finally be recognized as the great wrestler he was on a WWE product

    Hopefully this means they will be able to use more Owen footage, or even have Bret induct him into the Hall of Fame. I doubt Martha would of agreed to that though.

    I hope we FINALLY get stuff about Owen in future DVDs and hopefully a HoF induction. That, and being in WWE 2K14 as well. Maybe it was time for Martha to let it go already.

    You guys got a lot of wishful thinking there… the lawsuit concerned WWE using Owen’s likeness and image in the “Best of Raw” series around episode 1000… Owen will NEVER be in the HoF, never get the proper credit he deserves. If WWE ever uses Owen’s image or likeness again, she will just open ANOTHER lawsuit.
