MICK FOLEY’S BIG ANNOUNCEMENT: The SMS General Manager kicks off the show with a big announcement and has Kofi Kingston and Justin Gabriel in his office. Foley calls them the two best high flyers in the WWE today. Kofi and Gabriel are flattered by the compliment and think Foley wants them to become a tag team. Foley corrects them and says he wants them to wrestle each other on the show. They give each other props while saying they are going to win. Things almost get heated until Foley breaks it up and says “Let’s save it for the ring so you can AIR OUT YOUR DIFFERENCES.”
-Kofi Kingston vs. Justin Gabriel
Gabriel and Kingston counter each other’s moves and duck under each other’s leap frogs until Kofi hooks a small package for a two count. Kofi counters a top wrist lock and sweeps Gabriel down to the canvas. After some more arm exchanges, Gabriel hooks a deep arm drag. Kofi tries to body slam his way out of it but Gabriel holds on to the arm. Gabriel goes for the monkey flip but Kofi lands on his feet and they both go for a drop kick at the same time and get right back to their feet in a standoff. After several waist lock exchanges, Kofi comes off the ropes delivers a flying forearm. Kofi misses the Trouble in Paradise after taking too much time doing the “BOOM, BOOM, BOOM” and Gabriel knocks down Kofi, and goes for the 450 splash but Kofi rolls to the other side of the ring before Gabriel takes flight.
Gabriel has Kofi in an abdominal stretch, slides him down for a pin but only gets a two count. They trade maneuvers as they kick out of a pair leg scissors and arm bars. Kofi gains control with two clotheslines, a flying clotheslines, and the Boom Drop. Kofi misses the Trouble in Paradise again but hits a Russian Leg Sweep for a two count. Kofi goes for a spring board splash off the second rope but Gabriel gets his knees up. Gabriel hits a back spin leg sweep and a standing moonsault for a two count. Kofi hits a springboard cross body but Gabriel rolls through for a two count. Gabriel goes for a clothesline but Kofi grabs his arm, ducks down, and delivers the SOS for the 1-2-3! In a sign of good sportsmanship, they shook hands and hugged after the match.

Backstage: Natalya interviews Primo, Epico, and Rosa. They say they have been ignored and disrespected ever since Mick Foley became General Manager of Saturday Morning Slam. Rosa gets mad at Natalya for giving her a dirty look and says she thinks she’s special since she is Bret Hart’s niece. Natalya says Foley owes her a favor and says next week, it will be herself, Hornswoggle, and The Great Khali against the three of them in a Mixed Six Person Tag Team Match. Epico says they can’t because they have plans next week and Natalya says count on the match being made. After a spotlight segment on The Great Khali is shown, the match if made official for next week.
