TNA WRESTLING’S GUT CHECK SEMINAR
COMES TO BATON ROUGE, LA. IN SEARCH
FOR THE NEXT PRO WRESTLING STAR

Prove you have what it takes for a chance
to make the IMPACT WRESTLING roster

Nashville, Tenn. (April 8, 2013) – TNA WRESTLING wants to know one thing: Is Baton Rouge home to the next professional wrestling superstar?

TNA WRESTLING brings its Gut Check Seminar to Baton Rouge, La., Saturday, May 4, 2013. The two-hour seminar offers aspiring wrestlers, announcers, managers, valets and referees instruction and advice they can’t receive anywhere else in the industry.

This is your chance to get critique and advice from some of the top veterans in the professional wrestling industry, perhaps leading to a chance to be on the IMPACT WRESTLING roster. The Gut Check Seminar will take place at the Baton Rouge River Center Arena from 2-4 p.m. prior to the live event that night.

The Seminars’ ultimate destination, the televised “Gut Check,” is one of the highest-rated segments during Spike TV’s IMPACT WRESTLING. Recent “Gut Check” winner LEI’D TAPA came through the ranks of the Gut Check Seminar to earn a TNA Wrestling contract in February 2013.

Since its inception in 2010, the “Gut Check” television segments have showcased talent such as CRIMSON, JESSE SORENSON, ALEX SILVA, SAM SHAW, CHRISTIAN YORK, TAELER HENDRIX and JOEY RYAN.

“The Gut Check Seminar is a great developmental avenue through which we have found a variety of new, up-and-coming talent,” said TNA Wrestling Senior VP of Programming and Talent Relations Bruce Prichard. “The future of our company could be discovered in Baton Rouge.”

TNA Wrestling agents and personnel will be hands-on during the seminar, evaluating potential talent through promos, drills, simulated matches and in-ring work.

To sign up for the Baton Rouge Gut Check Seminar, visit www.TNAGutCheck.com. Space is very limited, and the application deadline is Monday, April 29.
