Punk catches Taker in the corner and slaps him in the face. Taker goes after Punk, but Punk gets to the outside. Punk keeps on the offensive and kicks Taker in the chest before Taker kicks Punk in the face. They go to the outside and Taker beats Punk down before tossing him over the barricade. Taker slams Punk into the announce table and then slams him back-first into the ring post. Taker sets Punk on the apron and kicks him in the head. Taker drops a leg across Punk’s throat on the apron. Taker gets Punk in the corner and pummels him. Taker sets up for Old School, but Punk arm drags him down to the mat. Punk delivers Old School to Taker and goes for the cover, but Taker kicks out at two. Punk applies a submission, but Taker backs him into the corner. Taker lands some lefts and rights in the corner and goes for the big boot, but Punk moves and Taker goes knee-first into the corner. They are on the outside and Punk clubs Taker from the top and both men are down. Punk takes Taker back into the ring and delivers a neck-breaker for a two count. Punk works over Taker’s shoulder, but Taker comes back with a few right hands. Punk delivers a swinging neck-breaker and gets a two count. Punk applies a headlock in the center of the ring, but Taker counters and suplexes Punk down to the mat. Punk goes for Old School again, but Taker knocks him down and Punk straddles the top rope. Heyman gets on the apron, and Taker grabs him and sets him up for a chokeslam. Punk takes Taker down with a flying clothesline for a two count. Punk hits the flying knee and follows it up with a clothesline. Punk delivers the elbow drop from the top and gets a two count. Punk goes for the GTS, but Taker counters with a chokeslam and goes for the cover, but Punk kicks out at two. Punk and Taker exchange right hands and Taker pummels Punk in the corner. Taker delivers Snake Eyes to Punk and goes for the big boot, but Punk counters with a dropkick. Punk goes for the cover, but Taker kicks out at two. Punk clotheslines Taker to the outside. Punk rips apart the announce table, but Taker stops him. Taker attempts the Last Ride through the announce table, but Punk counters and kicks Taker in the head and Taker falls on the table. Punk dives off the ropes and drives an elbow onto Taker on the table, but the table doesn’t collapse. Taker gets back into the ring at nine, and both men are down. Taker locks in Hell’s Gate, but Punk counters and gets a two count. Punk locks in the Anaconda Vice, but Taker fights out. Punk hits the GTS, but Taker bounces off the ropes and hits the Tombstone, but Punk kicks out at two.
Punk and Taker exchange right hands again and Punk gains the upper hand. Taker comes back and grabs Punk, but Punk hits the referee and Heyman distracts Taker. Taker sets Punk up for the Last Ride, but Punk hits Taker in the head with the urn. Punk goes for the cover, but Taker kicks out at two. Punk goes for the GTS, but Taker fights out and hits the Tombstone for the pin fall.
Winner: The Undertaker.
