NECW Premieres on WMFP TV Boston tonight



New England Championship Wrestling makes its broadcast television debut with a weekly half-hour broadcast on Boston’s PLUM TV, WMFP TV, Channel 62 in Boston, beginning tonight and every Thursday night at 12:30 AM.

WMFP TV will bring New England Championship Wrestling into approximately 2.3 million homes throughout Greater Boston, Metrowest, the BlackstoneValley area and north into southern New Hampshire and the southern most tip of Maine. In addition to its weekly airing, New England Championship Wrestling will also be making each episode available on its YouTube channel. The TV show will take the place of the NECW ONLINE UPDATE.

On this debut episode, we begin with a look at what NECW is all about, plus a review of the current champions and how they won their titles.

In a great feature match, former NECW Heavyweight Champion, Slyck Wagner Brown squares off with the Canadian star, Jeremy Prophet.

Plus words from the NECW Tag Team Champions, “Superstar” Scotty Slade and “The Shure Thing” Mark Shurman as they discuss the big 6 man tag team war they are scheduled for in Abington on Saturday night!
