Jake Roberts doing a fan meet and greet

Meet Jake “The Snake” Roberts at Fan Meet & Greet

He was one of the top stars in pro wrestling in the 1980s and 1990s, feuding with the likes of Andre the Giant, Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat, “Macho Man” Randy Savage and Hulk Hogan. But then Jake “The Snake” Roberts fell on hard times, with years of substance abuse and depression pushing him to the brink of life and death.

Now Roberts is on the road to redemption – with the help of retired pro wrestler Diamond Dallas Page.

Roberts, with Page’s help, is getting himself back into wrestling shape for a farewell tour that will kick off on Saturday, April 13, at Waynesboro High School in Waynesboro, Va., at Night of the Superstars.

The innovator of pro wrestling’s most devastating finishing move, the DDT, will be at Top Rope Pro Wrestling’s Night of the Superstars event to meet and greet fans from 6-8 p.m. And he’ll once again step inside the squared circle.

Tickets for the Jake “The Snake” VIP Meet and Greet are $20 online and will be $25 at the door, if tickets remain. Very limited quantities remaining.

Wait. Didn’t this dude just have a kick starter campaign for a new shoulder that was funded
on the backs of his fans yet he’s charging for a meet and greet? Hmmmm.

I’ll bet you could get in for free if you offer him an 8-ball.

Coming up next: on the heels of raising $85k for Scott Hall after he pissed away millions, you get to pay to go to Burger King with da bad guy…
