The Wrestling Observer reports that former ECW, TNA, and WWE superstar Tommy Dreamer is going to be a regular with Combat Zone Wrestling this year both as a performer and behind-the-scenes as part of a deal where CZW will be doing regular iPPVs.

Good choice for Tommy as his own promotion didn’t really come off well in its debut and I just don’t think he has the wherewithal to market by himself a company. Now he can help plotting out storylines for a company that needs stronger writing and more defined characters.
Of course, it’s a great choice for CZW, as they can really use someone with Dreamer’s credibility moving forward.
