   The Rock WILL defeat Cena

   CENA HEEL TURN finally happens after, attacks Rock

   Ziggler cashes in and wins the wwe title

   extreme rules will have: The Rock vs John Cena III (final match)

   WWE title
   Dolph Ziggler (c) vs whoever is doing the right things at the time

   @Todd every year I see the comments about a MITB at WM and it never happens. Just let it go, MITB is at the MITB PPV. Although I do like your idea of Ziggler winning another briefcase and cashing in on the WWE Title.
