    @ Kerry

You clearly know nothing. How about the fact that pot helps people with cancer? Many thing we do kill brain cells. Smoking it once in awhile is not bad at all. if you’re a complete pothead yeah it’s obviously not good but swagger isnt rvd. What you people don’t get is that he probably had reasons to smoke it or maybe it was really just a petty mistake. really kid? he wasn’t drinking and driving which is far worse. he wasnt on crack. Yes Pot is virtually a harmless drug. Not surprising that people just listen to what the media tells them instead of doing some research. If you don’t know the media lies to you all the time.

Man listen top allllll of you crying….I guess you wouldnt approve of anyone from the territory days. Thats what those guys did every single night. You all forget or don’t realize or maybe don’t want to believe it but DUI’s and other driving offenses equal BIG BUCKS! It’s a business that dwarfs the WWE in terms of revenue. Now I don’t know, I wasn’t there, so I don’t know what kind of shape he was in but I won’t go so far to say that the DUI charge was warranted. I don’t know so I can’t say. I can say I miss the days when a deputy sheriff might pull you over and then offer you a ride or to follow you home. Maybe let you off with a warning. Thats how things truly used to be. And if it was a deputy that pulled him over then I’m sure they would want to find any reason to arrest him. Todays sheriffs are politicians with badges and firearms. I don’t thing Swagger needs rehab, suspension, or any real lack of push. Yell at him, make him understand that this behavior can and will result I’m termination if it doesn’t end here. He’s going to have to pay a fine and spend three days in an alcohol awareness class, let that be his punishment. WWE is a corporate enterprise. But its a corporate enterprise that deals in carny. The person I feel compassion for is Dutch Mantell! What the hell will this mean for Zeb Coulter? Although I think old Zeb, if given the freedom to do so, would bring up the territory days as well. And POT its illegal because of taxation. And for years the tobacco companies felt threatened by it. POT should remain illegal because someone whose already three sheets to the wind doesn’t need to swing by the gas station on the way home for a joint. The combo is to much, and too dangerous. Just my two cents.

  6. Common Cents says:

@David, it says DUI, now I would assume that means alcohol, because I would think their is no way of detecting if someone is high, well besides the old Frito’s test. I would assume that they pulled him over because of the Erratic driving and then the alcohol smell gave them probable cause to search the car and they found weed, but I have been known to be wrong. So if that is the case maybe you should read the entire paragraph before you go on a rant about how the media doesn’t research before it comments on something. #Ironic

I used to hang around with a lot of pot smokers and let me tell you, it is harmful and a gateway drug. Every person I knew who started smoking pot continued onto harder drugs. And even before they did they were burned out. And it is, like anything, addictive. Maybe not physically, but anything can become an addiction, especially if you have an addictive personality.

This is what “real” Americans do.

  9. Joe says:

I guess we know how he put on the extra weight. *Munchies munchies munchies*

  10. Alex says:

I wonder how WWE will play this storyline out, this would be the perfect time for Orton to go heel though.

  11. david r. says:

    WEED THE PEOPLE! Lol

  12. david says:

rofl @ dennis. Perfect example of how media corrupts people. That’s really all I’ll say.

  13. rebel says:

@Kerry. Everything is harmful if you go overboard, try eating five loafs of bread or drinking a big pail of water. There are plenty of legal things that are more harmful than pot. I smoke once in a while, hasn’t done me any harm in any way. Like alcohol, its for people, just not for everyone. By the way, the reason it’s illegal has nothing to do with it being “harmful”, if that was the case, things like cell phones and motorised vehicles would also be outlawed.

@Denis. Sure, mentally you can become addicted to anything, but this is the fault of the individual, not the product. It’s only a gate if you let it.

  14. Nick says:

Well its Orton’s time again. Was going to give it to somebody younger but he just blew it. Finally Orton will be heel again and FINALLY he will be champion again. Yes i will follow smackdown again.

  15. Ryno says:

I just ate 5 loaves of bread and a big pail of water because someone on the internet told me to do it and my stomach exploded call 911.

Also LOL @ “WEED THE PEOPLE”

  16. Adam says:

Man these guys have a knack for FRAKKING up at he absolute worst times. Swagger’s. push will be over. However, f he was one of trips’ good ole boys like Orton he would still get his push. It will be interesting to see how his plays out
