Hulk Hogan has filed a lawsuit against the Tampa-based Laser Spine Institute, saying the clinic performed unnecessary surgeries that damaged his career.
The lawsuit was filed Monday morning in Pinellas-Pasco Circuit Court by Terry Bollea, which is the pro wrestler’s real name.
It seeks damages of $50 million.
In addition to claiming unnecessary surgeries, the lawsuit also says the Laser Spine Institute used an endorsement from Hogan without permission or payment.

Gosh Hogan are you sure your not married to Linda anymore! That’s a hold digging move on your part! We all know you have had back issues for the past few year and that Linda took a lot of your money! But to do this seem like a gold digger
Hogan needs to not be locked up. Man’s completely crazy. First he says he wants to be a world champion in 2013, and now he’s blaming them for Surgeries he signed off on, for a back that he hurt himself? This dude is a completely lunatic who just doesn’t know when to quit. Hulk, you’re not relevant anymore, just give it up.
Not all surgeries go as planned and “signed off on” isn’t how it always goes
