Recent wrestling deaths

– Jason Speed, who owned the Georgia-based Pro Wrestling Resurrection promotion, passed away on 12/14 at the age of 29.

– James Avarat Jr., who wrestled under the name King James for the Christian Wrestling Association out of Augusta, GA, passed away at the age of 57 on 12/14.

– Ian St. John, a lightweight star in the U.K. out of Lancashire, best known for his matches in the late 60s with Johnny Saint, passed away on 12/8 at the age of 75.
