What is next for Raven?

Raven will be doing a stand up comedy show on 2/19 in London, England at the Good Ship in Kilburn. The former WWE, WCW, and ECW superstar has been working with Rev. Bob Levy (the two are not related even though Raven’s real name is Scott Levy) of the Howard Stern show on shows across the United States this year.

I wonder how they’re advertising this over there. Surely they’re not saying “raven’s gonna leave you in stitches…the good kind.” but how do you plug a guy like raven for people who don’t know who he is? especially if he’s still lookin like he does.
UK is much smaller than the USA and I’d say the percentage of older smarks in the UK is much higher than it is even on the East Coast. With that being said, most men aged 25-40 years are familiar with wrestling in some form and as such would be familiar with Raven.
I agree with James. Raven is smart beyond his in ring work and does have a bit of comedic whit. Though, I am not sure that he’d be the type of comedian that goes down to his audience’s level to appease them. It’ll be interesting to see how he works his set.
