Update on the Fandango character

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that the word was given to stop promoting the Fandango character and to no longer open Raw with pyro.

No pyro for RAW? wtf?
Honestly I completely forgot about fandango.
No pyro?! That was always a great way to get fans pumped, especially live. Guessing its budget or stage accidents
Just cancel RAW, no pyro?!?!

I guess someone wised up in Stamford.
Half of those things make sense.
The name Fandango just sounds like a floppy bird genetalia.
That sucks that they are not opening with the Pyro anymore.
That is how you open a show.
Then stone cold comes out and stuns everybody.
Then kane chokeslams everybody.
Then taker sends them to the abyss.
I’m sure that the movie ticket place Fandango might have had something to say about them using that name…possible lawsuit.
