I found it hard to understand how the US state could direct microwave radiation towards certain people wherever they were in relation to the masts, and leave their neighbours unharmed. If you want to look at the behaviour modification aspect of it, look at the techniques of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT – changing behaviour by changing the way you think) as applied by the Establishment.
