Wrestlers working as Aces and Eights at last night’s Final Resolution PPV

Former WWE star Mike Knox and a local independent wrestler played the roles of the masked wrestlers in Aces and Eights last night at the Final Resolution PPV during the eight man tag against Kurt Angle, Samoa Joe, Garett Bischoff and Wes Brisco.

Former WWE star and current TNA agent D’Lo Brown also played another masked member of the group during the final segment of the show following the main event.

    Wow, a “local independent wrestler.” What would we do without the internet?

  2. -J- says:

    no this angle has not gone on WAY too long…

    what was the question?

  3. Prince Dann says:

    Love how WWE is blatantly ripping this angle off with The Sheild.

    When TNA copies, people go ranting. When its vice versa, people hush’t

  4. McMahon says:

    You have a strange definition of blatantly ripping off.

  5. cool arrow says:

    BTW the local wrestler was C.J. O’Doyle.

  6. deathedge says:

    @Prince Dann

    People don’t rant when WWE copies TNA you say? You obviously did not look at a single thing relating to the AJ Lee-John Cena angle.

    I would compare the Shield to the Mean Street Posse or even the APA (with a bit of the Big Bossman mixed in) way before I could even draw a connection to them being a Aces & 8s ripoff.

  8. Tyler says:

    How is the shield remotely like As & 8s?
