Wow, that is just terrible. If that’s the best the writers come up with, its no wonder why the storylines and promos suck.

WWE needs to stop it with the groups. I know the theory behind this idea you put a group together and one of them will usually bust out into super stardom. But how many times will they keep going to this well before they realize there is a better way to break new talent in.
I don’t know why people are whining. That’s actually a pretty cool name. The name fits and it sounds good. What’s the freaking problem? I guess people just gotta complain.

The Spanish announcers kept calling them that actually. I was wondering why they kept using that name.
They’re hired guns or their main priority is to shield CM Punk? Whilst helping themselves to whatever else is on the table.

The Shield comic and tv show are the first things I thought of, hence the lame references but hey whatever… which one is Nick Fury?
I often disagree with adurk, but he’s got a point. just enjoy the stable, and if you don’t like the stable’s name, you can always still call them ambrose, rollins, and reigns
I knew that was the name of a show, Patrick pointed that out. But, is that the best they could think of? I was never one that was good for thinking of names for groups, but even I would have passed on this. Let them use their names a little more until I can think of something that won’t get laughed at.

As a hardcore fan of the FX Drama “The Shield,” you’d think I’d be insulted… But I’m not! I think people that are whining are just conditioned to whining now… They don’t know what else to do. This is actually a very good name!
For the most part, the WWE product is getting better! Especially when I watch this TNA crap…
