TNA Final Resolution commercial teases Jeff Hardy’s departure from the company

As TNA’s Turning Point pay-per-view event kicked off tonight, the company’s official YouTube channel posted the commercial for Final Resolution, its December PPV. The ad focuses on Jeff Hardy’s journey over the past year and concludes with the question, “On December 9th, will this be Jeff Hardy’s final chapter?” over footage of Hardy delivering a Swanton Bomb from the top of a steel cage.

While the question posed could mean just about anything, it is interesting to note that it has been reported that Hardy’s contract with TNA is expiring in the near future and that he’s looking for one last run with WWE. He is scheduled to defend his World Championship against Austin Aries in a Ladder Match in the main event of Turning Point this evening.

You can see the commerical here.

Hell yeah. Jeff Hardy coming back home. I think him leaving in 2009 hurt the company.

  2. James says:

My best bet is Hardy’s losing the title tonight and next month is Hardy-Aries III: Loser leaves TNA!!!

  3. cold says:

if so i hope TNA buries him

  4. Kurt Angle says:

It is better for both WWE & TNA if he is in WWE.

It is better for TNA because different people will be in the title picture.

And it is obviously better for WWE because they have a main event/upper mid card guy straight away.

Id like to see Miz & Hardy fued for the IC title.

    Kofi vs Jeff aswell.

I doubt he is going to leave the company that helped him get his life back together. WWE would not have given him a second chance… Think about it from that angle and you realize that Jeff Hardy is going nowhere. They just made a new belt for him… if he was going anywhere I doubt they would have made a new belt..

  6. ManWhale says:

He should just retire while he’s off drugs and with the title. there will never be another high point beyond that for him. best case scenario, inducted into the hall of fame next year and then never seen again.

  7. Kyle Christie says:

I think if Jeff had stayed with WWE he would have been as popular as Cena by now.
