WWE signs a new diva

From Prince Dann:

WWE has signed fitness competitor and model Alisha Ceraso, from Connecticut.

She apparently got signed around the same time as Mercedes KV, and has already reported to NXT in Tampa, Florida.

She is in her early 20s, and is reported to have suffered and beaten paralysis, following a near fatal car collision in her teens.

    Haha. Kelly Kelly who?

  2. Kerry says:

A model & fitness competitor, just what they need.

  3. Meh says:

Time will tell whether she will be any good.

  4. echo says:

To be fair, Trish Stratus was in modelling and fitness when she was signed.

another set of T&A for all the spotty oik MARKS out there!

  6. Del says:

Looks like they just went through another bikini/fitness model catalogue. And WWE wonders why no one takes the Divas seriously?

  7. mackdeezy says:

Read between the lines. Its because shes a survivor of paralysis and stuff. More of their Be A Star “you can do anything/overcome anything.” Im not necessarily complaining, i just see it this way at face value

  8. Honest Man says:

People get serious. People like Del show how little they pay attention at all.

You do actually pay attention to know the last women hires in WWE before this one are ALL ACTUAL WRESTLERS? Only one was a model with no experience and that was Summer Rae, who is mostly being used as a ring announcer and formerly an Authority Figure. They have hired people who have actually been in the trade and trained, but your ignorance clearly shows you don’t comprehend simple facts because you want to pretend WWE still hires models out of catlogs like in the middle 2000s, that policy is dead if you actually keep up with who they sign. SDR, Paige, Anya, Mercedes KV, Skyler Moon, Rachelle St. Claire are all people who aren’t models. Plus people like Carlotte and Raquel Diaz may not have been full wrestlers before coming to WWE but they damn sure weren’t complelty novice to the wrestling industry.

Now again where in the world are your facts to still act like WWE is going after models? Oh wait there is none. I just gave you eight names they have signed. Plus let’s not forget they have signed two lance storm trainee women and as well had Sofia Cortez for a while, so there even more actual womens wrestlers in the company.

And on this one. THis girl is at least in fitness, so that means she’s not just a model. This probably means she has some level like Trish Status and as someone who may very well adapt pretty well.

So please stop making stupid comments on the company when you clearly can’t even pay attention to what they do or don’t do

  9. DBRude says:

Yeah, at least she’s athletic (On top of being RED HOT)! That counts for something. Still, I wonder what her role is going to be. It said she was nearly paralyzed in her teens, so becoming a wrassler seems like a bad idea.

  10. ManWhale says:

I’m actually more impressed that honest man came clean about having nothing better to do than keep up with divas division. Just cuz you say allot, doesn’t mean you got your point across. I really doubt anyone even read all that….just being honest.
